I hooked up with live chat on a few different occasions and, although they answered my request for a chat nearly instantly, I could not seem to get any answers from anyone. I was repeatedly told that live chat sales was unable to help me at that time. I had a similar problem by telephone in that nobody ever answered on the sales extension. Thankfully, the day was saved by email. I did receive a prompt answer to my email questions, and found the sales staff to be pleasant and happy to work with me.
