Sales questions at Pandela are answered by telephone, online form and live chat. For convenience purposes I hopped on live chat and was met by a representative within seconds. I wanted to know if Pandela offered a money back guarantee, but was surprised to learn that the sales rep had no idea. He also didn’t seem to know where Pandela’s data center was located or how many years they’d been in business. Frustrated, I turned to the telephone. The telephone sales rep was slightly more helpful in that he was able to tell me there was no money back guarantee with Pandela, but he also couldn’t tell me about the data center. Disappointing.
