YesUpHost answers sales questions by telephone, live chat and email. I tried on four separate occasions over a two week period to reach a live chat sales team member, but was not successful. Live chat actually reroutes to YesUpHost’s parent company, but they don’t seem to take questions with any regularity. The chat software timed out after 60 seconds on each connection attempt, and I was then immediately disconnected.
I was able to speak with phone and email reps. Phone support is fast and efficient, and email sales support is thorough and helpful.

I ordered a Ready-To-Go server from YesUpHost over my lunch hour and it was setup and ready to use two and a half hours later. In addition to receiving a billing invoice by email, I was also sent a welcome letter that included my account details and login information. Perfect!

YesUpHost offers support to customers through an online help desk, live chat and telephone. Once again, live chat help was pretty much unavailable. By contrast, trouble tickets are answered in 30 minutes or less, and issues are quick to be resolved. There’s a bit of a wait for phone support (20 minutes or longer), but techs are super friendly and always fast to patch up problems. Top level tech support team members are answering phones and tickets, which means that tickets never need to be escalated, and there’s virtually no wait time. A nice touch!
