Account sign-up is done online through a form on the Host1Plus website. The process is quick and self-explanatory, taking about five minutes to complete. Within an hour of making payment I received an email welcome letter, which thoroughly detailed my hosting plan and instructions to get my domain online. Very smooth!

While no one should ever turn to an online forum for crucial support, Host1Plus needs to police their own space more if they’re going to offer this space for clients.
