Sales
Sales questions at SiteServing are taken by live chat, telephone, forum and through an online form. I spoke at length with live chat sales representative Oliver, who was insightful, helpful and able to answer all of my questions quickly. My only complaint here was that it initially took more than 20 minutes for my live chat call to be picked up. According to Oliver, the SiteServing staff was busy moving offices, which certainly could explain the wait time.

Setup
The ordering process with SiteServing takes place online. Shared hosting and virtual private servers are setup and ready for use immediately, and dedicated servers take one business day. After payment, SiteServing sends a welcome email that includes your new account details and login information, and links you to their hefty knowledge base and helpful video tutorials. Perfect!

Billing
SiteServing accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, AlertPay and Skrill. My bill was always correct and I was able to cancel my hosting account with ease.
Pricing
Shared web hosting runs $4.45/month and up (when paying six months in advance), VPS hosting is $19.95/month and more, and dedicated servers start at $169. SiteServing's prices are certainly reasonable, though their website is a little misleading. For example, virtual private servers are advertised to cost as little as $16.96 per month, when in actuality, that price is for customers who are paying two years in advance. Also, there are no true month-to-month shared hosting plans; they must be paid for at least six months in advance. The prices are good, but the contract length could be better.

My hosting server was 100% reliable when it came to server hardware.

Help & Support
Support at SiteServing is handled by live chat, telephone, an online forum and a trouble ticket system. Tickets are responded to with remarkable speed—often less than 15 minutes, no matter what the time of day. Telephone calls are also handled with relative speed. Live chat, on the other hand, seem to be the slowest form of support. Just as with my pre-sales chat, I sat through a lengthy wait on multiple occasions waiting for a rep to help me. Support techs are knowledgeable and helpful, often able to solve basic solutions with just one ticket or chat. SiteServing also has an impressive collection of knowledgebase articles and videos that offer additional self-guided assistance.
