Sales
You can take your sales questions to FuseMail by telephone, live chat and email. My first attempt to contact FuseMail was by live chat. Though the chat window kept saying I was in an actual chat, nobody from FuseMail ever showed up to chat with me. After trying on numerous occasions, sometimes leaving the window open for an hour or more, I gave up on live chat and phoned FuseMail. Calls are answered quickly and the two reps I spoke with were well versed in company business and easily answered my questions. Email responses take an hour or two to receive.

Setup
FuseMail sign up involves filling out a short order form and paying in advance for your account. I had a welcome letter and instructional email in my inbox just moments after paying.
Billing
FuseMail takes all major credit cards. I had no issues with the billing department and no trouble cancelling my account.
Pricing
Standard email hosting runs just $2 per month (per mailbox) and FuseMail offers a very generous 14 day free trial. All account holders must spend a minimum of $10 per month. While individual mailbox fees are super cheap, for those needing just one or two mailboxes the $10 minimum seems excessive.

Reliability
FuseMail was overall reliable during an 18 month stay. There were several instances of downtime, though FuseMail is good about keeping clients updated on network status during troubled times. I had no issues with FuseMail’s hardware.

Help & Support
Phone support at FuseMail is relatively good. Calls take a bit of a wait to be answered (20-30 minutes), but reps are quick to try and help sort out issues. Live chat was completely unavailable during my many attempts to reach them.
