Sales
Sales questions at iWeb are answered by telephone, live chat and email. iWeb offers sales support in three languages: English, Spanish and French. I found reps to be helpful, quick to answer, and easy to work with. The multi language support availability is also a nice touch.

Setup
iWeb services can be ordered online or by phone. The online form takes about five minutes to complete. Following sign-up, iWeb requires ID authorization by fax, so clients must fax a copy of their relevant ID to iWeb. I had some trouble here. One day after payment, iWeb still had not set up my server. Upon calling iWeb I learned that they never received the details to authorize my order, but had never made any attempt to reach out and tell me this. In total, I had to fax my details three times (and also call iWeb twice) just to get the ball rolling. Better communication here would help a lot!

Billing
iWeb takes all major credit cards and offers a thirty day money back guarantee. I was never charged for services I had not ordered and had no trouble cancelling my iWeb account a year after opening it.

Pricing
iWeb has a large assortment of servers to choose from. Their smallest server is a Core 2 Duo with one gigabyte of RAM and a 160 gigabyte hard drive, and it comes with 1 terabyte of bandwidth for $79/month. iWeb’s prices are not only affordable, but fall on the cheap end of the scale.

My iWeb server was 100% reliable during a one year stay.

Help & Support
iWeb gives customer support in three languages by telephone, email, trouble ticket system and live chat. In almost every instance of contacting support by live chat or phone I was told that my issue was too complicated to deal with live, and I must open a trouble ticket. Trouble tickets took anywhere from a few hours to several days to answer, and I had two tickets that went completely unanswered. Could be better!
