Sales
MySite answers sales questions by toll-free telephone number and email. I used both. It takes 10-20 minutes of on-hold time before you can reach an actual sales rep, but once connected answers are quick to come and reps are both friendly and helpful. Email sales questions took 24-72 hours to be answered and those answers were generally less than helpful. Several of my email questions were not addressed at all and upon sending a second set of questions back to the MySite team, I received no response at all. A mixed bag.

Setup
You can sign up for a new account online or by phone. The entire process takes less than five minutes, after which a welcome letter arrives by email detailing your account information and hosting plan. Very smooth.

Billing
MySite takes all major credit cards. Though there is a dedicated billing department, their hours are not advertised, nor is there a dedicated email address to reach them. As such, your best bet to get in touch with billing is to call. I was billed for a year of service the month after cancelling my account, though the matter was eventually settled a full month later. I was disappointed with the lack of speed or attention the billing department gave me or my account, even though they eventually righted their error.

Pricing
MySite offers five shared hosting plans. I bought into the smallest plan, the Starter package, which afforded 1 gigabyte of space and 10 gigabytes of bandwidth for $6.95/month. If you choose to invest in longer term hosting, prices are significantly cheaper. The same package runs just $3.95/month when paying two years in advance. All total, MySite is about average in their pricing structure when paying month to month, but has bottom-dollar deals for those signing up for the long haul.

Reliability
I remained with MySite for a period of one year. My hosting server never faltered during that time and the hardware was 100% reliable.

Help & Support
Support at MySite is given by phone or email. I had reason to contact support on numerous occasions and seemed to hit a roadblock at every turn. Each of the five times I reached out to telephone support I was told that my questions were too advanced, and I needed to file a trouble ticket where upper level techs would address my concerns. Upon filing trouble tickets, however, I often received a stock “we’ll look into the problem in the next 72 hours” answer, and then never heard back. As a result, a longstanding database problem with my account was never fixed. Disappointing!
