Sales
Sagonet answers sales questions by telephone and live chat. I used both. Sales reps were just as knowledgeable as support techs, and were able to answer my questions easily and quickly. My only beef here is that live chat was rather slow. Aside from the fact that it took 15 minutes to connect to an actual person on live chat, there was a delay of five minutes or longer between when I asked a question and when it was answered.

Setup
New customers can sign up for services directly from Sagonet’s website. Once you’ve chosen your hosting options and paid for the account, Sagonet runs antifraud screening and then sends a welcome email with your new account details. Virtual servers and basic Linux dedicated servers take only about an hour to be ready for use. Speedy and thorough!
Billing
Sagonet takes all major credit cards and PayPal. My bill was always correct and I was able to easily cancel my hosting account.
Pricing
Sagonet has many plans and servers to choose from. Virtual dedicated servers start at $29/month, dedicated servers are $29-$79, and server colocation prices start at $99/month. Sagonet's prices are wallet-friendly and leave you feeling like you're getting more than you paid for.

Help & Support
Sagonet does support by phone, live chat and an online ticket system. Ticket response time is impressively fast. Most of my tickets were answered within 10 minutes of submitting them, no matter what the time of day. Tech support is eager to help resolve situations and very adept at fixing issues quickly. The only downside here is that live chat wait times can be long, and answers are much slower coming from there.

Uptime
My uptime monitor showed that Sagonet maintained a 99.998% uptime rating over two years.
